Performance Introduction

SPINDLE
The front and back of the spindle adopts the original Japanese NSK high precist slant-angled ball bearings. To it proper pretightening force is given,matching with the optimum skip distance and the box-type spindle box. Thus the spindle has high rigidity and is capable to operate at high speed.

TAILSOCK
The rotary arbor-type tailstock with high speed and high precision guarantees the turning centering.The arbor bearings are all imported from NSK in Japan.The sleev can be expanded and contracted by program control. The taistock can be wholly moved by the saddle pulling.

60° SLANT BED
The bed and the base are block mold. 60 slant bed ways can bear larger load area. It has better rigidity and absorption of vibration. It can keep the high precise turning and excellent precision.

◇ DL-30M CNC Lathe is our latest production,with is 2-axis parallel,half-closed loop NC lathe.The NC system is FANUC 0i-TA. It is driven by AC servo motor. It is ideal for turning of various shafts(within 260mm) and discs(widthin 380mm)
◇ Precise,rapid,longitudinal and transversal driven: The machine adopts the THK ball screw and plastic skin guideway which are efficient,precise and good axial rigidity. It eliminates the clearance of return stroke and makes the tool carriage move rapidly and steadily. It also has high positioning accuracy.

◇ Sold Spindle supported by Hi-speed angular bearings make an ideal design for heavy duty high speed turning．The powerful spindle motor can perform full-power cutting from medium to high speed at top speed of 3500 RPM．High speed cutting can be performed with the newest technology tooling such as ceramic or cremet．
