Performance Introduction |
CKL6146 is a two axes CNC lathe. It can accomplish machining of cylindrical, tapered, arc and end face turning, as well as metric and inch thread cutting, It is designed for multi-variaty small and medium batch production, especially for complex and high accuracy part machining.
The machine is designed with bigger spindle bore and higher spindle speed. Full power output is available in low speed cutting. Centralized lubricating system and enclosed guarding are fixed to the machine. The machine bed is of one-piece design thus offers high rigidity and good anti-vibration features.
FAGOR 8055T(C)control is provided with this machine, spindle motor, as well as motors for X and Z axes are of FAGOR servo type.
Manual hand wheels are available optional for both axes, in which mode the machine can be run manually as a teaching lathe.
